Hi
My name is Joseph and I wanted to say a big thank you for adding this section to your site. Its good to know that there are companies such as yours that actually care about consumers and not only about money.
Keep up the good work
Thanks bro most appreciated for the support. Need anything just let us know
Love this idea, keep up the positive energy brother
Hi Sean
Will always keep positive and help where I Can.
I honestly admire what you’re doing so much. I have personally suffered the effects of mental health, dealing with anxiety and depression. Having a brand spread such a positive message is vital. Thank you for bringing to us a positive message in such a modern and stylish way.
Hi Jahzarah thanks for sharing your experiences. Its helps to know that we are not alone . We are happy that we can make a positive impact in your journey
God bless you! You are truly spreading the love! Let us all spread the word on the importance of speaking up about mental health and never feeling silenced. Can Official, you are not shying away from the conversation and promoting positive change. Keep up the good work!
Thanks Kelly for your positive response. Never feel scared about your situation keep going and always speak up.
Big up CAN Official. Looking forward to receiving my CAN SnapBack. Mental illness ain’t no joke. You’re doing big things man. Respect
Thanks brother love the positive energy and hope you like your Cap when you receive it
I don’t usually share my opinions online as it’s not really my style. But honestly I had to leave a comment just to speak about my admiration for this brand and my admiration for this topic of discussion. My mum had a really hard time dealing with the death of my grandmother. She turned to alcohol to deal with the pain. She is free from the worst of it now but that was honestly when my understanding developed of just how fragile our minds are. Thank you for spreading a positive message. We CAN and WILL always overcome our hardships.
Thanks for sharing this story. So many people have gone through heartache and find it difficult to deal with. So happy your mother is getting stronger.
Spreading a positive message is the best way to move forward
This is great. Thank you for allowing people to speak their truth.
No worries Abiola thanks for the support
So many of our young people don’t have the support they need to get through the hardships life has thrown at them. We aren’t listening to them. We need to listen. Please continue to do what you’re doing.
Hi Cynthia thanks for your show of support and appreciate the encouragement. We at CAN will continue to do this and show that we are more than just a btrand.
This brand needs more recognition man. The love you’re spreading is mad. And the awareness you’re bringing to mental health, I proper respect It still. Well done bro
Thanks Marcus most appreciated. We are only gonna grow further in the future.
Anything highlighting mental health gets the biggest thumbs up from me 👍🏼
Thanks Sarah for the support
Everyone needs to get the conversation on mental health going. Anyone suffering the effects of mental health needs to speak up. Being a black woman, I would say this is particularly important for black people to fully grasp. We need to understand the importance of this. There is such a stigma attached to mental health in the black community that needs to be addressed. Let’s get talking together. And we can all flourish.
Great post Marcia and a lot of things that we agree with. Mental Health is a very taboo subject in the black community and needs to be spoken about more regularly.
I’ve been suffering from the pain of a bereavement. The pain has utterly engulfed me. Maintaining a shell of strength is what I feel is my role within the family. I can express the empowerment I feel when wearing this brand. When I put on this suit of armour, the word “CAN” now has new meaning for me. Grief doesn’t have a timescale so knowing that I am wearing a quality brand on days when I often don’t have the capacity to think about my outward appearance is helpful, especially when the logo catches my eye I’m overcome with a sense of liberation. It sounds silly that clothes can do that for someone but “CAN” has and continues to do this for me.
Thank you CAN

Such a powerful post and I am so glad that you are sharing your truth. We at CAN are so happy that we are helping you in such a positive fashion. I hope we can continue to do this. We care about what our customers feedback and are pleased that you are happy with the quality of our items.

100% agree its whats in the inside that matters just as much
Yes yes Can Official spreading good vibes. Love this
Thanks Chris love the support
Who knew clothing with such a ‘simple’ word could make you feel so empowered?! Loving what this brand stands for.
Hi Mimi,
Thanks for your sweet words. CAN is more than just a brand its a movement also. So much more to come so stay tuned
Mental Health – especially with men – is a stigma that is improving but still needs the barriers breaking down. I’m a big fan of platforms supporting this and I’m a bigger fan personally of supporting local business.
I have and still am experiencing mental health. 2018 was my lowest year. I was suicidal and had these feelings several times a day. I felt this way for the best part of 6 months before having an involuntary breakdown at work in front of a colleague. She insisted that I got help which came in abundance from my peers. Support came in many ways which included counselling where I was also managing depression and anxiety. I’m pleased to say I now only manage one of the 3 illnesses and with anxiety it’s exactly that – it’s knowing how to manage it and talking about it helps.
I then saw the launch of CAN and the message it was trying to display and as cliché as it is I thought to myself I CAN come through the dark times (which prompted a purchase of the camo SnapBack)
Sadly 4 days before Christmas just gone my mum died unexpectedly in my arms. Just 58 years old. My emotions are all over the place and I feared of falling back in to the old way of feelings. The funeral is still a few weeks away so the emotional rollercoaster is still in full flow. That said I think about my mum and what she’d want for me. The word legacy springs to mind and I’m determined to leave a legacy mum would be proud of. Following the branding I’m determined that I CAN do this. I CAN do this for her and for my family.
Hi Chris,
This is such a powerful story and message which represents what CAN is all about. We are glad that we have helped in some way and hope to do that with others also.
We hope to encourage more people to speak about there struggles and help inspire to find positives in negative situations.
The team was truly moved by reading this.
Thanks again for sharing
It’s really good to see CAN Official, providing a platform for their customers to talk openly about Mental Health and their overall well-being. On awareness days such as #BlueMonday we should never shy away from the conversation and it’s great to see an organisation like yours, creating a movement and promoting such positive change through their actions.
It’s time to reduce the stigma and increase the awareness across our communities.
Hopefully as a result of this, we will see more people coming forward, more transparency and further support – after all, the resources are out there. Keep up the good work Team CAN!
